Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Please note that we offer both pre-order and pre-made items, each with different shipping timelines. Pre-order items require additional production time and will ship within 15–25 business days(excluding weekends and holidays). These items are made-to-order or produced in limited batches, which helps us reduce waste and offer exclusive drops, but they take a little longer to ship. Pre-made items, on the other hand, are ready to go and will ship within 1–10 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS—please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update. If your order contains both pre-order and pre-made items, the full order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready (unless otherwise stated). Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as carrier delays, customs, or high order volumes. We appreciate your patience and support.
